At Kuralemu, we appreciate fine cuisine and want our guests to experience exquisite and exclusive sensations when tasting each dish we offer.
Our hosts prepare the best in signature cuisine; most of our meals are made with organic products from our own farm and others purchased from suppliers in the rural area of Curacaví. We promote organic, sustainable cuisine and support local producers.



‘Country Breakfast’ included in reservations.
One of our guests' favourite services, it includes a full breakfast service with coffee, tea or fresh or bagged herbal infusions, milk, fresh orange juice, fruit salad from the garden, natural yoghurt, nuts, fresh cheese, butter, a variety of jams, sweet pastries, homemade bread, honey, vegetables from the garden, cold cuts and eggs.
‘Kuralemu Platter’.
From our organic kitchen, using produce from the garden and local vendors in the Curacaví Valley, a rustic platter for two people; it includes a variety of cheeses, cold cuts, seasonal fruit, homemade bread, warm savoury pastries, sauces, cooked vegetables, olives from our garden, and a variety of nuts.

‘Chilean Onces’
This is a type of ‘country brunch’ typical of Chile; we offer our ‘Kuralemu Sandwich’, and the onces are accompanied by hot drinks, juice, sweet and savoury pastries. Tea, coffee and herbal infusions from the garden are also served.

‘Direct from our Organic Kitchen’
Vegetarian sandwiches, with cheese or cold cuts accompanied by fresh vegetables from our organic garden, vegetables pickled in brine and homemade mayonnaise.

‘Five-Course Kuralemu Dinner’
The most requested service by our guests. We personalise the main course and fresh protein chosen by passengers. Includes a variety of fine local wines, pure and mineral water, beer or fresh fruit juice options, and coffee service.
